We are very pleased to announce the birth of
Adele, who was born to one of our midwives,
Stacey Lytle! Stacey wanted to pass along:
"We're thrilled to welcome our second baby, Adele, into the family. She was born at home in July 2011 at a whopping 10 lbs 5 oz! Thank you to the Quinte Midwives for taking excellent care of our family!"
are offered at Belleville General Hospital, co-facilitated by Quinte Midwives and Quinte 7 Labour and Delivery Nurses. It is a one-session class, focused only on labour and delivery. Classes will include: Anatomy and Physiology, “Normal” labour, variations of normal (including induction, augmentation, vacuum and forceps delivery, and caesarean sections), pain relief options, and a tour of the labour and delivery floor.
Classes will run the third Wednesday of each month, from 6-8 pm.
